a three- or four-hour kayak trip the centerpiece of your day or
weekend.
Kayak tours meet at SKAT HQ and set out from Cornwall Landing.
With 40 kayaks, full safety equipment and licensed guides, we
provide fun, safe and relaxing adventures for people of all ages
and abilities.

More Details
- Our Outdoor Guides have years of experience in planning
and leading outdoor adventures.
- Safety is our priority: our guides are trained and experienced
in reading river and weather conditions, and our trips don't
go out unless conditions are safe. Each guide is certified in
Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding. All guides are
fully insured.
- Our guided trips have the beginner in mind. Most excursions
have two guides so we can help those who need more assistance
while others paddle on ahead.
- Paddlers should wear water shoes (sandals, old sneakers
etc). Dress comfortably. Quick-drying clothes are the first
choice, cotton clothes the last choice. Don't forget sunglasses,
sunscreen and camera.
- Storm King Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel
or provide alternate tours based upon river and weather conditions.

| Fishkill Creek Tour 4hr $80

This longer paddle will take us across the river where
we will pass by Bannerman’s Castle. We will travel
up the East side of the Hudson River until we reach the
entrance to the creek, a railroad trestle. Enjoy the scenery
of the marshes and the architecture of the old factory that
sits on the creek as we make our way back to the picturesque
waterfall for some relaxation! Bring your favorite snack
foods or a light lunch. Must have previous kayaking experience.

| This longer paddle will take us south below mighty Storm
King Mountain and across the river to Breakneck Ridge. We
will continue making our way down along the East side of the
River, passing Little Stony Point to explore the marshes near
Cold Spring by entering under a railroad trestle! Afterwards
we head back to Little Stony Point for a picnic and an enjoyable
paddle back. Must have previous kayaking experience. |

| This is a 6-hour course focusing on the skills needed for
safe paddling without a guide. Learn what equipment is needed,
how to plan a trip, identify potential paddling hazards, learn
paddling strokes and rescues. All classes taught by a certified
ACA Instructor. |

| Special kids-only kayaking program. Children must be between
the ages of 9 and 15 to participate. Kids will receive basic
instruction in kayaking and safety procedures, and then be
allowed to test their new skills. If you sign up for 6 sessions,
